Replica in Paris (2025) — Videoessay, A Story About Nature and Ownership
This project critically examines the question “Can nature be owned?” through a natural gogotte that is exhibited and sold as an artwork. Two replicas were created: one in textile, placed in Versailles, and another in salt dough, buried in the forest of Fontainebleau. These actions symbolize restitution and challenge the transformation of natural elements into artifacts. The project is based on research, material experiments, and reflections on ownership, value and the repair of nature.
